Our faculty has been crowned champion of the Student Day Cup following the final held on Monday, May 18, 2026, against the Faculty of Letters and Arts. The match ended in a well-deserved 2–1 victory after an intense and highly competitive game.

This achievement crowns an outstanding journey marked by discipline, commitment, and exceptional team spirit demonstrated throughout the competition.

The Dean extended her sincere congratulations to the players as well as to the technical staff, led by coach Belhadj Mohamed Ishaq and his assistant Ghouali Mohamed, in recognition of their dedication and decisive contribution to this success.

Special recognition goes to team captain Lakaf Youcef, who delivered an outstanding performance and was awarded both Best Player and Top Scorer of the tournament.

The faculty also expresses its appreciation to all university and sports officials for their continuous support, which contributed to the success of this university sporting event.

The champions will be officially honored during the celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of National Student Day, scheduled for May 19, 2026, at the Central Library of the New University Campus.
