The Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad , chaired a meeting on Sunday, May 24, 2026, with members of the Higher Education Professional Ethics Committee. The meeting was held in the conference room at the Rectorate headquarters.

This meeting focused on highlighting the importance of the role played by the Higher Education Ethics Council in strengthening the culture of respect for university values and promoting exemplary academic and professional conduct within the university campus, in line with the principles set out in the Charter of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Higher Education.
