The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs Lecturers Class “B” and Research Fellows Class “B” of the opening of the ninth (9th) application session for obtaining university habilitation.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of May 3, 2008, as amended and supplemented, concerning the special status of teacher-researchers, and Article 57 of Executive Decree No. 08-131 of May 3, 2008, as amended and supplemented, concerning the special status of permanent researchers, Lecturers Class “B” and Research Fellows Class “B” who meet the regulatory eligibility requirements set out in Executive Decree No. 21-50 of January 28, 2021, establishing the conditions and procedures for obtaining university habilitation, and Order No. 804 of July 14, 2021, as amended and supplemented, establishing the implementation procedures relating to obtaining university habilitation, may submit their applications exclusively through the “PROGRÈS” platform using their professional electronic accounts through the following link:
