The Housing Committee of the Tlemcen University City hereby informs all beneficiaries of the 90 Assisted Promotional Housing (LPA) units within the Tlemcen University City (University of Tlemcen, Maghnia University Centre, Higher School of Management, Higher School of Applied Sciences, Tlemcen University Services Directorate, Mansourah University Services Directorate, and the Scientific Research Units) that they are required to report to the Housing Office of their home institution within a maximum period of ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notice in order to submit and complete their application file.
Required documents:
- The attached application form, duly completed and legalized;
- A copy of the national identity card of the beneficiary and his/her spouse;
- A certificate of residence;
- A family record (for married applicants) or a certificate of celibacy (for unmarried applicants);
- Recent original salary slips of the beneficiary and his/her spouse;
- For a spouse who is not employed:a sworn declaration of unemployment (non-employment)+a certificate of non-affiliation to CNAS and CASNOS;
- For artisans: a copy of the artisan's card;
- For traders/business owners: a copy of the commercial register (Form C20);
- A certificate confirming the submission of the application file, issued by the Housing Office of the University Directorate.
Important: Compliance with the prescribed deadline is mandatory to ensure the smooth processing of applications and to avoid any delay or exclusion resulting from the late submission of documents.
