The University of Tlemcen announces, for the benefit of faculty members, researchers, scientific institutions, and final-year architecture students, the opening of applications for the Arab Council of Housing and Construction Ministers Award – 2026 ,launched by the League of Arab States under the theme:

“The role of sustainablearchitecture in enhancing the quality of life in Arab cities.”

The award aims to encourage outstanding initiatives and projects that contribute to the development of sustainable architecture and the improvement of the quality of life in Arab cities. It is open to a wide range of stakeholders in the field, including scientific institutions and organizations, faculty members, researchers, architects, and final-year architecture students, in accordance with the eligibility requirements and evaluation criteria set out in the Award Guidelines.

Interested applicants are invited to consult the Application Guidelines and complete the Application Form available on the website of the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning and the City. Please note that applications and project submissions must be made exclusively through the dedicated online platform.
