BTPH Hasnaoui, a subsidiary of the Hasnaoui Group, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for its Excellence Program for Construction Site Managers. This professional training program combines theoretical and practical learning and is designed to prepare a new generation of professionals capable of managing construction and public works projects with excellence.
Number of positions available: 20
Who can apply?
The program is open to young graduates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields:
- Civil Engineering.
- Architecture.
- Public Works.
- Or any other technical discipline related to construction, building, or infrastructure.
Applicants should also:
- Be willing to work on construction sites.
- Demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Be motivated to build a career in management and project leadership.
Program Benefits
The program is based on a work-study (alternating) training system, consisting of:
- One-third (1/3) specialized theoretical training.
- Two-thirds (2/3) practical training on real construction sites and projects.
