In a festive and emotional atmosphere, the various faculties and departments of the University of Tlemcen came together on Thursday, 9 July 2026, to celebrate the graduation of a new cohort of students who successfully completed their academic paths after years of hard work, perseverance, and commitment.

After a university experience marked by learning, challenges, and achievements, the graduates celebrated a memorable milestone representing the culmination of their academic journey, where feelings of pride, fulfillment, and joy came together in recognition of a well-deserved success.

The occasion was marked by the presence of the Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, who visited the different faculties and institutes to share this important milestone with students and their families. In his addresses, he emphasized that this day represents the culmination of the collective efforts of the entire university community, praising the dedication of faculty members and administrative staff who contributed to supporting students throughout their academic paths.

The Rector also highlighted the essential role of university youth in the process of national development, encouraging graduates to continue striving for excellence, embrace their future responsibilities, and draw inspiration from the values of sacrifice and dedication embodied by the nation’s martyrs, in conjunction with the commemoration of the 64th Anniversary of Independence and Youth Day.
