Following the announcement by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the publication of Ministerial Order No. 872 dated 09 July 2026, which includes the results of the ninth (09ᵗʰ) session for access to university habilitation, the Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Professor Mourad Meghachou, extends his warmest congratulations and sincere appreciation to the university’s lecturer-researchers whose scientific careers have been crowned with the achievement of this prestigious academic qualification.
