The University of Tlemcen consolidates its quality excellence approach through the launch of a training session dedicated to the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the International standard ISO 9001:2015

As part of its commitment to promoting a culture of quality and enhancing institutional performance, the University of Tlemcen hosted, on Monday, 13 July 2026, at the Conference Hall of the Central Library, the opening of a four-day training session dedicated to the various components of the university community.
The training session, which brings together vice-rectors, faculty deans, vice-deans, department heads, and service managers, consists of a series of practical workshops focused on the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
This training program is part of the strategy adopted by the University of Tlemcen to strengthen and modernize its administrative and academic management system, while pursuing the process of establishing and certifying a quality management system aligned with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. It contributes to improving the quality of management and services, enhancing institutional efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the university.
This initiative represents a significant operational step in the University of Tlemcen’s path towards implementing an integrated quality management system based on the principles of good governance, institutional excellence, and continuous improvement. It aims to enhance the quality of university services and strengthen the position of the University of Tlemcen as a leading academic institution committed to adopting the best international practices and standards in management and quality assurance.
