As part of preparations for the 2026–2027 academic year, the Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Pr. MEGHACHOU Mouray, accompanied by Pr. BENSAIM Bounouar , Vice-Rector in charge of pedagogy, conducted an inspection visit to several university residences.

The visit was attended by Mr Abderrahmane ELHABCHI, Director of the Tlemcen University services directorate, and Mr Abderrazak ELAMARI, Head of the monitoring and coordination department. The delegation reviewed the arrangements in place for welcoming and accommodating students under suitable conditions.

During the inspection,residential blocks, rooms and various facilities were reviewed, with particular attention to cleaning, maintenance, organisation and overall living conditions.

The visit reflects ongoing coordination between the University of Tlemcen and the Tlemcen University services directorate, with a view to ensuring a well-prepared start to the 2026–2027 academic year.
