It is with deep sorrow and sadness that we learned of the passing of the mother of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Kamel Beddari.

In this painful circumstance, Prof. Mourad Meghachou, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, extends his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy, on his own behalf and on behalf of the entire university community, to the Minister, as well as to his family and relatives, praying to Allah Almighty to grant the deceased His vast mercy and welcome her into His expansive paradise.
