Prof. Mourad MEGHACHOU, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, received, on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, representatives of the National Autonomous Union of Higher Education Personnel (SNAPES) – University of Tlemcen.

During the meeting, the participants discussed several concerns relating to the university community, as well as various issues related to university life.

The meeting was held as part of the University’s ongoing dialogue and consultation with its various social partners, as well as its efforts to follow up on the concerns raised, with the aim of contributing to the well-being of the university community and the smooth functioning of the University.
