All students at the University of Tlemcen who need to regularise their vehicle access arrangements are hereby informed that applications for vehicle access permits must be submitted to the Internal Security Offices of their respective faculties between 11 and 29 October 2026.
Required documents:

A copy of the driving licence
- A copy of the vehicle registration document.
- A certificate of enrolment.
Students whose vehicles are not registered in their own names must also provide a parental authorisation duly certified by the relevant authorities.
Those concerned are requested to adhere to the specified deadlines and submit their files to the relevant departments within the stated period.
