Call for applications to organise international scientific events – october 2026 Session
The University of Tlemcen hereby informs all teacher-researchers that the application period for organising international scientific events is now open.
Teacher-researchers wishing to submit an application are invited to carefully review the accompanying correspondence, ensure compliance with all the conditions and requirements specified therein, and prepare a complete application file in accordance with the list of required documents.
Applications must be submitted exclusively in digital format, as a single PDF file, by email to the Permanent Secretariat of the CRUO at : cruo2023@gmail.com, with a copy sent to the Vice-rectorate for external relations at vrex@univ-tlemcen.dz.
The application period runs from 12 to 25 October 2026, inclusive. For foreign members of the scientific committee, the application file must include the following documents:
- A copy of the passport.
- A curriculum vitae (CV).
- A copy of the invitation letter to join the scientific committee, together with a letter of commitment confirming their acceptance.
All teacher-researchers concerned are kindly requested to comply strictly with the specified requirements, submission procedures and deadlines, and to ensure that their application files are complete and compliant with all applicable requirements.
