As part of its efforts to strengthen its organizational structures and promote student engagement, the Algerian Free Students' Organization (OEAL) officially installed its Tlemcen Wilaya Office on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at the rectorate of the University of Tlemcen, under the leadership of student DICH Imad, following the renewal of confidence in him by the Organization's Secretary-General.

The ceremony was attended by the Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Professor MEGHACHOU Mourad. On this occasion, the office's annual action plan was presented, outlining clear objectives aimed at promoting student activities, strengthening the Organization's role within the university community, and improving campus life.
