The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has announced the next edition of its Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition (WIPO IP Moot Court Competition 2027).

This edition will address the challenges of live streaming, at the intersection of innovation, intellectual property rights and their online enforcement.

Applications must be submitted by 6 November 2026 by teams of two law students aged 35 or under. Selected teams will take part in the virtual oral rounds, ahead of the final rounds to be held at WIPO headquarters from 8 to 10 June 2027.

WIPO will cover the travel and accommodation costs of students in the finalist teams.
