The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, is the recipient of four (4) scholarships offer from the Republic of Azerbaijan for the student from member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Non-Aligned Movement (MNA), wishing to pursue higher education in the Republic of Azerbaijan at level (Master or Doctorate).
