The team of the National University Federation of Tlemcen was ranked the first place in the team Kata category men, in the national karate championship in Ain temouchent of Oran region, on Wednesday 16/06/2021, in collaboration with the University sports federations of: Ain Temouchent, Oran,Tlemcen, Saida, and Sidi Belabbes.

The Tlemcen Federation team reserved the qualification ticket for the National University Games in Algiers. The Student Meziane Mohamed also placed first in team kata, and student Derish Mohamed placed first in Kumité in the 80+ weights.
