The National Forum of Academic Theatre's opening ceremony was held in the May 19 Hall under the theme "Theatre between Academy and Talent" and was overseen by the University Campus Animation sub directorate and  the Department of Arts, in partnership with the "Abdel Kader Aloula" House of Culture in Tlemcen, and in collaboration with the Scientific, Cultural and Sports Sub-Directorate. In the presence of    vice rectors, the minister's representative for higher education and scientific research,  Deans of faculties, heads of departments, directors of university works, professors, as well as the representatives of the social partners, student clubs from over national universities.
