In a first for the University of Tlemcen, the Faculty of Sciences launched a Focus Group initiative supervised by psychologist Mr. Mourad Khetir. Over the course of eight weeks, this project brought together a group of staff members for workshops and discussions focused on workplace well-being. Entitled “For a Better Quality of Work Life,” the initiative established a new space for listening and dialogue within the institution.
This project originated from an idea passionately supported by Mrs. Amine Negadi, Vice-Dean in charge of pedagogy, who is deeply committed to improving the professional environment within her faculty.
The closing event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, during a recognition ceremony held in honor of the participants. In attendance were Mr. Zouhir Arar, Dean of the Faculty; Mr. Amine Dib, Vice-Dean in charge of postgraduate training; and Mr. Zakaria Baghli, Secretary General of the Faculty.
The program featured a presentation of the project’s outcomes and the awarding of symbolic tokens of appreciation to group members—a gesture that was warmly welcomed by the faculty leadership
