Pr. MEGHACHOU Mourad , Rector of Abou Bekr Belkaïd University – Tlemcen, extends his warmest congratulations to the distinguished Lecturer Level A members who have been promoted to the rank of Professor following the results of the 52nd session of the National University Committee, as well as to the lecturers who obtained their university habilitation during the 7th session, having met all the required scientific and research criteria.
