The establishment of this bureau falls within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the University of Tlemcen and the National Agency for Microcredit Management. It represents the culmination of a process of coordination and implementation of the provisions of the agreement binding the two institutions. Its main objective is to bring support and financing services closer to university students and to enable them to benefit directly from support mechanisms dedicated to the creation and development of micro-projects.
On this occasion, the team responsible for managing the bureau was officially installed, namely:
-Ms. Chikh Nadjat, facilitator at the National Agency for Microcredit Management;
-Ms. Gtita Ezhour Samia, principal facilitator at the Agency.
The missions assigned to the bureau were also defined and include, in particular:
receiving and guiding students who are project and idea holders;
supporting students throughout the various stages of project development;
monitoring and coordinating joint actions between the University of Tlemcen and the National Agency for Microcredit Management.
This initiative illustrates the University of Tlemcen’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its role as a driver of development by transforming the university environment into a genuine ecosystem conducive to initiative, innovation, and the entrepreneurial spirit. It thus contributes to facilitating students’ transition from the academic sphere to the world of economic initiative and encourages their active participation in wealth creation and the enhancement of local development
