Traning events/Training Programs and Competency Development for Administrative and Technical Staff

As part of the strategic planning of training and professional development activities, and in order to meet the quality and efficiency requirements of higher education institutions, the Human Resources Service has incorporated a set of training programs among the institutional priorities. These initiatives aim to strengthen the professional skills of administrative and technical staff and to optimize organizational performance, in accordance with the standards and strategic orientations of the academic sector.
In this context, a specialized training course on the techniques for preparing terms of reference has been scheduled, in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 23-12 relating to public procurement. This initiative is part of a broader effort to adapt to legislative and regulatory developments, consolidate professional practices, and promote rigorous and transparent management of public procurement within university institutions. It thus contributes to the strengthening of administrative governance and the sustainable enhancement of institutional efficiency.
