In preparation for the participation of scientific clubs in the national meeting for scientific research to be held on 15 and 16 April 2017 in Algiers, The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organised the regional forum centered on the selection of the proposed projects, on 18 February 2017 at the University of Tlemcen Hall lectures at the Faculty of Medicine .
