The Embassy of the United States of America in Algiers launches a call for the "Between the lines" program for high school students and university students.

This program invites young writers from Arabic-speaking countries to practice creative writing with American students during a two-week program at IOWA University, which includes one of the creative writing programs and the most prestigious of the United States of America.

The program, which will take place from 1 to 15 July 2017, is aimed to young people who master English and Arabic. The information and criteria required to apply for this program are available soon on the website of the Embassy.

Candidates must submit written copies, including a prose or a poem. All applications must be submitted to the Cultural Affairs Office of the US Embassy by e-mail at the following address:
