2. Submission oftransfer requests.
3. Exceptionaltreatmentof the new studentscases who have not completedthepre-registrationonlinein compliance with theprovisions of thecircularboundaryof the remainingsectors andplaces.
   
   

It will not be taken in considerationthe requests fortransfer ofstudentsby institutionsorby the central administrationthat does notmeet the conditionsof CircularNo. 1 ofMay 3, 2015and the results ofdata processing of wishes to studentswho comein an institutionto which theywere notoriented.
