The Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Professor Mustapha Djafour inaugurated this morning in the auditorium of the Faculty of Medicine the "BMBF-PAUWES kick-off workshop for the development of the PAUWES research agenda". The event is organized by the Pan-African University Institute for Science of Water and Energy (including Climate Changes) "PAUWES" in collaboration with the University of Tlemcen.
